What is your top reason why you would NOT vote for Susie Hedalen in the 2024 Montana Superintendent of Public Instruction Election?
She has been cited saying she wants education to get “back to basics” and I have regularly heard politicians say that as a euphemism for blocking discussion of critical race theory, lgbtqia identity, and cutting art education funding as well as music. She also has less clear stances and action plans than OBrien, who overall seems more put together and more experienced.
