Just the fact that you use the term "mentally insane" shows you don't know what you're talking about. What's the alternative -- rectally insane? The term "mentally insane" is both redundant and inane. Facts: the vast majority of shooters don't have a documented mental illness, and the vast majority of people with mental illness are not shooters.
