The currents complaints about the climate are centered around the unintended consequences of using fossil-fuel throughout the history of mankind and especially so within the last melania. I do not want to try to think of the unintended consequences of trying to directly manipulate our world on a mass level. Even if successful in the short term it could have long-term consequences. Finally effects would need to be monatored for decades after and the company along with government officials would need to be held accountable for any damages.
