Yes

 @9FNP63GDemocrat from Nevada disagreed…7mos7MO

My best counter argument to the yes on deporting undocumented people is if you are a person that works in the U.S has a house and cars and pays all the taxes and IRS then there is no need for there to be deporting immigrants there just like the rest of the citizens.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence

 @9GFQV63 from Illinois disagreed…6mos6MO

There are to many variables to think about I would need a while, I think mostly it just depends on the case.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

 @9FR37PNDemocrat from New York disagreed…7mos7MO

They are considered a danger to the country of America. If the crime committed is of great volume and is terrible then they should not be allowed to reside in the U.S if they came in illegally.

 @9LLNC95 from Arizona commented…3 days3D

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

It says immigrants. It doesn't say whther they came to the country legally or illegally, or what their status is. Immigrants are just people that migrated, moved from one country to another. People that MOVE are not automatically dangerous.

No

 @9F5HBFZLibertarian from Oregon disagreed…7mos7MO

Let’s create a pathway for citizenship, and reform the system. We should get them a basic test that’s not hard for them to pass.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

Yes, as long as it is safe for them to return to their country

 @9FXQC5MDemocrat from Hawaii disagreed…7mos7MO

Investing resources into analyzing whether or not an immigrant will be safe in their home country is a waste of time and resources.

This question is misleading. The question should say illegal immigrant rather than immigrant, which carries the connotation that they immigrated legally. An illegal immigrant should be deported and a legal immigrant should be prosecuted.

 @9LLNC95 from Arizona commented…3 days3D

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

Agreed. (from AZ)

 @9L74FFC from North Carolina answered…3wks3W

If they’re illegal immigrants, they should be deported immediately. If they’re legal immigrants, they should be subject to U.S law.

 @9JM9ZRL from Texas answered…3mos3MO

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence and illegal immigrants who commit murders should get the death penalty

 @92VN6SK from Wisconsin answered…2yrs2Y

 @8MBVXZH from Minnesota answered…3yrs3Y

Only if they entered the country illegally and after they served their sentence.

 @9LLNC95 from Arizona commented…3 days3D

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

If they serve a sentence in the US, we pay for that. What are your thoughts on paying?

 @9B9XRGM from North Carolina answered…1yr1Y

 @8SCGDX7 from Texas answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence but if they commited a crime somewhere else then deport them

 @8PNXZDC from Delaware answered…3yrs3Y

No, no human is illegal

 @9LLNC95 from Arizona commented…3 days3D

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

Correct. They are here illegally but not illegal. The pro-life crowd says everyone has a God given right to life but they don't seem to apply that to people from other countries.

 @8J534QZfrom New York answered…4yrs4Y

No they should be tried by the justice system so that they will not be a risk of re-entering the country.

 @99893Z4 from Maine answered…1yr1Y

What is "serious"? Do you mean any immigrants or just undocumented ones?

 @8FLR5T5Independent from Texas answered…4yrs4Y

No, Only if they have entered the country illegally AND Be placed in a full security facility with a life sentence.

 @9LHYZ85 from Missouri answered…1wk1W

If the immigrant is illegally in America and commits a crime it is now an international charge. They shouldn't be deported because they need to go through court, but we don't have a regulation on international crimes committed by noncitizens

  @Jcawolfson  from Pennsylvania answered…1wk1W

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

Yes, only if they have entered the country illegally, as long as it is safe for them to return to their country, and there must be due process!

 @9LH6V5Y from Minnesota answered…1wk1W

If they get caught then yes but sometimes they get away with it and if they do it sometimes they will just go back across the border

 @9LG8S8J  from North Carolina answered…1wk1W

I don't think we should have this many immigrants anyways. If they did commit a crime, they need to be sent back as soon as it happens and make them serve their sentence over there.

 @9LG3DFJ from Delaware answered…1wk1W

No, only if they entered the country illegally, and if that's the case, they should serve their sentence here before they get deported.

 @9LFW5MS  from North Carolina answered…1wk1W

No. If they are here illegally they have already commit a serious crime and should be in prison at their expense to be repaid once released. Temporary loan for living expenses that have to be repaid through working or go back to prison. Legal immigrants are ours once allowed across the border. Treat like everyone else. But repay and loans for living expenses once released from prison.

  @Jcawolfson  from Pennsylvania answered…1wk1W

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

Naturalized citizens should have the same rights as birthright citizens.

This question is very vague. It fails to differentiate between legal and illegal immigrants. Additionally, there must be due process!!!

 @9LCRBWQ from Wisconsin answered…2wks2W

That entire question bears all of its weight to the context of what it is. At the very least they should get the advantage of due process.

 @9L9ZNNR from Connecticut answered…2wks2W

No immigrants should not be deported if they commit a serious crime they should go to court but get help becoming a U.S citizen

 @9L9BHTK from New York answered…2wks2W

If they are White and commit a crime then depending on circumstance jail sentence or death will be applied. If they are non white they will be killed on the spot without trial or second thought.

 @9L8QC2C from Indiana answered…3wks3W

Yes, if they are not citizens of the United States then they should have to return to their original country for breaking our laws.

 @9L7N2XG from New York answered…3wks3W

Yes this is protected by Article IV of the U.S. Constitution to protect the American citizens from foreign invasion and domestic violence.

 @9L7DPGY from Kentucky answered…3wks3W

It should be decided on a person to person basis to decide what is proportional to the crime and what is best for their family

 @9L52DNZ from Kansas answered…4wks4W

Yes, to their last country of residence to prison to serve the term for which they were sentenced here.
