The idea that it should be allowed at any age is a moronic idea as most under the age of 18 are not fully developed and very emotionally vulnerable. These children, who want to get the surgery, should wait until they are 18 to confirm the fact that they want to go through with an irreversible life decision that could make or break their life. The emotions caused by teachings of sexuality and acceptance can make them feel as if they need to be trans because it's "cool," which is not a good thing at all. Please rethink this response.

Your brain and emotional development stops at around 25, so this is really an ignorant argument. Unless you want to ban all life changing surgery (tattoos, cosmetic, etc.) until the age of 25, when you're "fully developed," then you need to rethink your argument. Secondly, many people are emotionally vulnerable throughout their whole lives, and many children are more emotionally stable than most adults. It's not about how vulnerable kids are to being "turned" trans, it's about how much pain you can inflict by refusing treatment (even non-surgical, like puberty blockers) to these minors.
