Individuals with gender dysphoria should have the legal right to transition, however, I believe it should be required that they are over eighteen, and diagnosed with gender dysphoria, I believe they should also be required to learn about the effects of HRT, and other forms of medical transistion.

Why over 18? I don't mean to sound rude, but that would probably lead to lots of suicides. :/ I mean, puberty blockers may be your exception, could you clarify?
