Should health insurers be allowed to deny coverage to individuals who have a pre-existing condition?
If the condition is asthma, or something common with a low death rate (diabetes, Crohn's, etc.) they should still be able to get the health insurance. If the condition is fatal (late-stage cancer, vital organ failure, etc.) they should not be able to get the health insurance and look at life insurance or similar.
