Yes, this should also be implemented into first-responder training since it is a large factor in disasters (shock from a fire, PTSD during a shooting, etc.) which can make people act different than they normally are. It should also be heavily taught in the police academy, so less people will die from police being "scared for their life" when responding to an obvious mental health crisis.
