Well, from my view, I believe it is wording that promotes transphobia, examples like "Transgender Policy" or "Anti-trans," it makes it seem like a trend, which ofc it's not. I think that's a good comparison, but I doubt anyone would say "Disabled Policies," that would get them called out.
