While it's understandable to view Critical Race Theory (CRT) through that lens, it's important to note that CRT isn't anti-any race. It is a theoretical framework that examines society and culture as they relate to categorizations of race, law, and power. It doesn't aim to foster division, but to highlight systemic issues in order to address them. It's akin to diagnosing an illness in order to treat it, not to blame the patient.
