First of all, the baby is not in your stomach, it is in your uterus.
Secondly, it doesn't matter whether it is a living human or not, because it is still violating your bodily autonomy by using your body without your consent. Even if it was a grown adult person attached to your body to live, you still would have every right to stop it from continuing to do so, even if that means it dies.
