My explanation of self defense being a justifiable means of murder wasn't meant to be an equivalency to pregnancy, just the easiest example of a right that we hold above the right to life, as a rebuttal against the argument that the right to life is of utmost importance. In this case, pregnancy uses the right of bodily autonomy to justify abortion, not the right of self defense, although there definitely can sometimes be overlap. With the right to bodily autonomy, the right to life of other people is irrelevant to begin with; it means you have the right to decide who can or cannot use your body, at any time, for any or no reason, regardless of how other people are affected by your decision. Even if someone will surely die without the use of your body, you still have no obligation to give anything up without your consent. Thus, if you don't want a fetus/baby to continue using your body, then you have no obligation to continue allowing it, and therefore are justified in taking measures to stop it from continuing to do so. The wants or rights of the other person, even a baby, are completely irrelevant here.
