The U.S's support of Israel serves to take attention away from the atrocities they have committed on the Palestinian people.

If the US supports Palestine then that takes away attention from the atrocities that Palestine has committed on the Israeli people.

Indeed, the cycle of violence and recriminations between Israelis and Palestinians is a long-standing issue with atrocities committed on both sides. It's a complex geopolitical issue that cannot be boiled down to one side being entirely at fault. What if we consider a more multilateral approach? I think it is terrible what is going on, I feel that peace should be found between Israel and Palestine.

Israel has been doing this for so long, so why are we just now talking about it? The attacks weren't out of nowhere, Gaza has been dealing with terrorism from Israel for so long.
