No, banning immigrants based on their religion is unconstitutional
Their religion is ok, unless it is maliciously used against people in which they should be deported…
One example that comes to mind is the differing responses to domestic and foreign threats. Take the Oklahoma City bombing, committed by an American citizen with extremist views. The response to that tragedy didn't involve a broad ban on a specific demographic. Do you think this is a fair comparison to make? If so, how do you think we could ensure more equal treatment across the board?
