Pregnant women should be highly encouraged to bring their pregnancies to full term. The government should include significant financial assistance to support these women.

I believe the opposite. I think getting an abortion should be the social norm unless you are actually 100% positive you want to go through with the pregnancy and fully physically/mentally/financially prepared to have the child. If you have any doubts or aren't completely ready to raise a child then you should be encouraged to just get an abortion until you are.
