What gives value to a person is their ability to achieve that human experience that we all have. At about 18-20 weeks the tools in your brain to activate that conscious experience start to develop. After that, it feels like we're taking away that human experience that we value.

The personhood is irrelevant because even a fully grown adult human does not have the right to use your body without your consent, so whether or not you consider a fetus to be "a person" doesn't make a difference, since they don't have a right to your body anyway...
