If a pregnant individual does not want to raise a child, what responsibilities does society have to support both the mother and the child?

Well society should give the mother financial support so that she hopefully changes her mind about not wanting to raise the child. Also, society should be promoting adoption services so that no baby dies carelessly.

There is no "wanting". If you have a child, and can't give it for adoption, you do the best you can to raise it well. You made a mistake by having the child, you should deal with the consequences instead of making the child.bewr the brunt of that failure of self-control. They are innocent, you are not. You made mistakes, they didn't.
