How are they being held accountable if they cannot even breathe on their own yet?

I'm a Christian, but I will never shame someone for having an abortion when the child is conceived through rape or incest.

This is the basic structure of your argument, which is a fallacious enthymeme:

(1) Children conceived through rape are not actually human beings and can justly be killed [unstated MAJOR PREMISE]

(2) Certain children are conceived through rape

(3) Therefore certain children can be killed justly

As you can see this is absurd.
