Horrific revelations about Israel killing 24,000 civilians in brutal and unjustified campaign of collective punishment.

Hamas hides behind women, children, and the elderly, as using human shields is a completely normal tactic for them in combat. They are not concerned with the lives of Palestinians; the more that perish, the louder the outcry for the terrorists, which can be used to pressure the international community.

In turn, the press and the majority of people do not delve into how civilians are killed and place all the blame on the IDF. For this reason, Hamas has always used and will continue to use human shields.

Why are Hamas hiding behind civilians when Israel has repeatedly demonstrated that it has no problem killing civilians? At this point, the numbers of civilian deaths are overwhelming, making the human shield story simply implausible..

Let me know which government does more to protect civilians in military operations than Israel while the enemy hides in hospitals and residential areas.

Hamas has committed terrible acts, but it only came to existence in response to Israel's oppression of Palestinians. The only way to defeat Hamas is to end the conditions that led to its rise.

I think Hamas is responsible for this war. As long as Hamas has the objective to kill Jewish people, it will keep going and use children for the next generation. Hamas is allied with Iran and Russia who want to go against Israel, which will promote more violence. As long as Hamas keeps wanting violence there will never be a ceasefire.

Many people are dying. I hope and pray that the war is getting over. And there is no more war.

All governments should be held accountable for their actions. This includes both Israel and Hamas.

Is it possible to avoid harming civilians in a densely populated area during a conflict, and what responsibility does each side have?
