Many ideologies change from childhood to adulthood and this decision can and will affect the rest of their life.

We've banned horrible drugs for all ages, like cocaine & fentanyl, so why not ban, at the state level (because the federal level would be unconstitutional) gender "transitions" for all ages, because they are just as, if not more, harmful? I'd support a ban for all ages at the state level.
