t's always nice to cite the correct information. My original comment was to reiterate the fact that religion has nothing to do with your right to opt out. Certainly helped the lawsuit, though.

Good point. I see I was miscommunicating a bit. Certainly, constitutional rights are superior here. I was just trying to show that all can opt out simply for disagreeing with the curriculum. Thanks

Agnostic and atheism are also protected by the first amendment. All parents should be given the chance to opt out of it.
