What would it mean for you personally if all jobs paid the same wage, regardless of the role?

No, as the experience matters for getting a job to earn the best wages possible

It would mean nothing was worth it. If you go to college you would make the same amount as someone who works at a gas station which is just a terrible thought.

I'd say it'll be good, but for the higher ups should get paid a little more.
