What does the concept of 'foreign' food mean to you in a world where culinary cultures are increasingly interconnected?

When I head the word foreign food, I don't have any racial ties or thoughts behind it. I usually am focused on just the food primarily. So whenever someone mentions foreign food, I get excited. I get to try new food!

I think that "Forgein food" is just food that did not originate in whatever country it is being eaten in.
