I think to create a society more equal, we need to listen and see everybody's side of things. and stop assuming everyone is sexist and racist before knowing them.

We do not need to ASSUME everyone is sexist or racist, but we can understand how there are natural and systemic biases towards certain groups of people in society and in order to create a more understanding society, wee must recognize these natural assumptions that we have built up over time.
