Our own citizens should always come first. money and funding should go back to the people, not to foreigners where citizens have no say in how their money is spent.

I believe that every country, but especially the United States, should practice isolationism and focus primarily on the well-being of it's citizens. The nation is designed to represent the citizens, and as such the citizens should be the primary concern for any governing body that claims to represent the citizens.
