How would the celebration of personal milestones differ in a society that values community contribution over individual wealth?

If their rich theres more celebration bur poor don't.

would make some people mad they will not be as inclined to make as much money and work together

community contributes would celebrate based off of things that they all worked on together to achieve

Personal milestones should be valued the same no matter the community because if you cant appreciate your own good work, you wont feel the need to do better. Encouragement for individual work needs to be made to help push others to a higher form of thinking/living.
