How important is it for countries to take responsibility for the actions of their military forces, especially regarding harm to children?

I think that children getting harmed is a huge issue nowadays and there needs to be restrictions.

it's not aways military fault to harm children. but it should be a certain law against harming innocent people.

Chris Hedges spoke years ago about watching IOF lure children to be murdered for sport by shouting insults in Arabic at them, then gunning them down when they yelled back or threw rocks. This has always been how it is.

If Israel has been brazenly breaking international law for years & nothing has happened, I don’t hold much hope that anything ever will.
