It is probable that one person will not change the environment, by one person stopping using plastic bags or straws it will not change the fact that millions of each are being dumped into landfills consistently. However if everyone takes on this mindset and nobody helps to contribute towards preserving the environment then climate change will likely happen at a more rapid pace.

While one person can’t change how landfills process recyclables and how they are operated, a single person can personally reduce their use of non recyclables and encourage others to do the same.
