US 'concerned' that Israel used white phosphorous

I'm concerned about reports of why US is even selling white phosphorous bombs to other nations.

Will these US military suppliers of weapons being used against civilians EVER be "concerned" enough to be anything more than "concerned", .. I'm asking for some innocent Palestinian children..
