A “fetus” in a woman’s womb is undeniably a living human being; all living things are made up of cells, which is what a fetus is composed of, which means a fetus is a living thing, and every one of those cells contains human DNA unique to the fetus, which means it is a human being with its own body, distinct from the mother. What is inside of a pregnant woman’s body is therefore not just a “clump of cells” or a “fetus” but a human being, indeed a baby. Babies are the most innocent of all human kind. The act of abortion is therefore unquestionably the termination of innocent human life, which makes the act definitionally murder. All human beings have unalienable rights, given them by their Creator, recognized in our constitution, yet this country fails to defend the most fundamental of those rights, life, for human beings living in the wombs of mothers. The humanity of unborn babies leaves no exception to their right to life. Rape and incest cannot strip the humanity of a child, and the answer to these difficult situations is not to murder the babies created. In pregnancies facing complications, every measure should be taken to preserve human life, mother and baby alike. Abortion is morally bankrupt, and has resulted in the deaths of literally tens of millions of babies in the US alone. The only morally justifiable stance on this issue is to completely abolish abortion, protecting the lives of unborn human beings.

If someone is attacking you, and you shot and killed them, should you be imprisoned for murder? Or do you understand that some rights, such as self-defense, are actually more important than the right to life?
As such, abortion is simply the right to bodily autonomy being more important than the right to life, for the same reason that other people cannot use your body, or force you to do a medical procedure, without your consent. No one, even a baby, has the right to use your body without your constant consent, even if it means they die.

Precisely, we should still add painkillers for the fetus if they can feel pain, but I trust the parent to have a good reason to do an abortion after 15-weeks, because if they had a one-night-stand they would’ve had an abortion immediately.
