If someone is attacking you, and you shot and killed them, should you be imprisoned for murder?

Or do you understand that some rights, such as self-defense, are actually more important than the right to life?

As such, abortion is simply the right to bodily autonomy being more important than the right to life, for the same reason that other people cannot use your body, or force you to do a medical procedure, without your consent. No one, even a baby, has the right to use your body without your constant consent, even if it means they die.
